«Russian Railways OJSC»
The Auction House of the Russian Federation cooperates with RR OJSC on sales of unused property, which the company intends to sell at auction. Work with the property of RR OJSC is carried out since November 2008 under the contract between Russian Railways and the Property Fund of Saint-Petersburg. Currently the organization and conduct of auctions for sales of these assets will be dealt by the Auction House of the Russian Federation. During the cooperation the property of RR OJSC is realized in four subjects of the Russian Federation – Saint-Petersburg, Leningrad region, Nizhny Novgorod and Tver. The average excess on the results of biddings is 2,3.
The agency agreement between the Auction House of the Russian Federation and Russian Railways was signed on 23 March 2010.
Federal Fund of Home Construction Development Assistance (CDA Fund)
CDA Fund implements sales of ground areas for capital and, above all, for home construction throughout Russia. As part of concluded arrangements the Auction House of the Russian Federation contributes to the Fund in this work utilizing its experience and customer base. The first auction to sell ground areas from CDA Fund in Saint-Petersburg was held on February 12, 2010.
The Sberbank of Russia
The Sberbank of Russia being a founder of the Auction House of the Russian Federation is its main client. All-Russia auction market was created primarily for selling of property, mortgaged for loans. The Sberbank being the main creditor of Russian business is interested in prompt sales of pledged property of debtor companies.
The Auction House of the Russian Federation shall become the primary auction market of the Sberbank for sales of problem assets.
«The Sberbank-Capital LLC»
The Sberbank-Capital company was established in July 2008 to manage real estate objects which become the property of Sberbank.
In December 2009 AHRF and the Sberbank-Capital entered into the agreement to sell at the auction of 61 property objects with total area of about 324 000 sq.m, drawn in property of the Sberbank-Capital company. The objects will be sold as one lot, starting price - 6.5 billion rubles. The assets of the Sberbank-Capital company are put up to the auction which passed to it in 2008 as the compensation for debts of ALPI company to the Sberbank of the Russian Federation. The lot includes separate buildings and non-residential commercial buildings with ground areas located at the territory of Krasnoyarsk kray, the Kemerovo region and Novosibirsk. The largest lot object is Lapland TC in Kemerovo, its area is about 70 000 sq.m. Trade center is recognized as the best professional trade center in the Kemerovo region. The auction will be held on February 1, 2010, it will be held on the Dutch scheme when the starting price may not only increase but also decrease. Starting price of the lot – 6.5 billion rubles. Stop-out price – 3.5 billion rubles.
«Bank Saint-Petersburg»
Bank Saint-Petersburg JSC is one of the largest regional banks of Russia. The Bank carries out its activities at the territory of Saint-Petersburg, Leningrad region, Moscow, Kaliningrad and Nizhny Novgorod. At the end of September 2009 the Auction House of the Russian Federation and Bank Saint-Petersburg concluded the agreement to sell three ground areas in Saint-Petersburg pledged on the loans issued by the bank. The Auction House of the Russian Federation has sold these areas with excess of starting price. The amount of deals totaled about 314 million rubles.
Konstans-Bank
Konstans-Bank Commercial Bank JSC was founded in 1993. The structural network of the bank has more than 40 branches located in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region. In December 2009 Konstans-Bank Commercial Bank JSC and the Auction House of the Russian Federation OJSC signed the agreement on cooperation in sales of the bank's mortgaged property according to extrajudicial procedure.

Nomos Bank is one of the 15 largest Russian banks by size of assets, and is also one of the fastest-growing commercial banks in Russia. In February 2010, NOMOS BANK and the Auction House of the Russian Federation signed a cooperation agreement. By order of the bank, and with the agreement of the borrowers, the Auction House of the Russian Federation will sell secured property at open auctions. The list of properties for sale is currently been agreed upon by the parties.
TGK-1
TGK-1 is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical and heat energy in the North-West. It is the third largest territorial generating company in the country by the size of its total capacity. In June 2010, Territorial generating company №1 (TGK) and the Auction House of the Russian Federation signed an agency agreement, according to which the Auction House of the Russian federation will sell non-specialized property of TGK.

By agency agreement, the Auction House of the Russian federation is selling land plots of LEK company. In December 2010, the first auction was held. Two land plots on the territory of St. Petersburg were put up for sale (Moskovskoe shosse 3) owned by the company. The lots, which had a starting price of 713 million rubles, were realized with a 50% price increase. The final selling price was 1.075 billion rubles. The Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold the next auctions for the sale of a land plot owned by LEK in March and April 2011. 10 land plots in Pargolovo (St. Petersburg) will be auctioned. The total starting price of the lots is 1.8 billion rubles.
