In summer 2010, the Auction House of the Russian Federation launched its own electronic platform. The capabilities of the platform make it possible to carry out classic electronic auctions (open or closed) and mixed auctions — auctions with the participation of both purchasers present at the hall, and Internet users.
To take part in the electronic auctions, you must register. For physical persons, registration requires: name, surname and patronymic, telephone number and email address. For legal persons, registration requires: company name, tax code, name, surname and patronymic of contact person, and their telephone and email. After registration, the user receives access to a personal account.
Purchasers can take part in electronic auctions by using their mobile phones. For clients’ convenience, mobile applications have been created for the Apple iPhone, Apple iPad and communicators managed by Google Android, with which one can take part in electronic auctions of the Auction House of the Russian Federation and the Property Fund at the auction portal lot-online.ru.
