The object is located on the western shore of Lake Ladoga, 10 km from Priozersk, on a lot with an area of 4.35 hectares. To the southwest and southeast of the territory, there is pine forest. Lake Ladoga is classified as an object of the higher fishing category.
The hotel park has its own lighthouse. There are three piers and a floating pontoon for mooring yachts. Small boats can be filled with fuel and water. In the protective bay there are gardens with live fish, where trout and carp breed. |
